TERRIBLE SERVICE

I WILL not give these people even one star's worth. If you Want Wifi in your house, go ANYWHERE but here. You will NEVER have working wifi and if you expect them to help you they take 3 weeks. Don't even try phoning them for assistance because they will put you on hold for 3 weeks. Oh don't get me wrong, they listen to your problems and then they put you on hold for another 3 weeks. so good luck. I tried speaking to someone higher up, just to assist. But clearly they seem to think they are high enough. Good luck!!!
