Terrible Service

This ISP is very unstable. Every month I need to log a technical support ticket (via Whatsapp or calling in). They are also very slow to respond and often the Whatsapp business account replies with "Sorry you’ve reached our team outside of support hours.

Our team will be back at 8am."

This is 12 hours after I made a request. This is unacceptable!
