Terrible service

This is by far the worst service I've received. After having internet issues, my account was deactivated, made numerous attempts to try resolve this but none of the consultants were able to help. I have been without internet for 3 weeks and they still made a debit order at the end of the month but fail to resolve the issue I'm having. Would not recommend them to anyone. I'm really disappointed by their service.
