Terrible Service!
Supersonic recently bought Nepic and since then I've had issues. The speed is never the full 20Mb as promised and it's almost impossible to get customer service, except on WhatsApp, which can take up to 24 hours to get a response. Although their website says they offer 24 hour support, they don't.
If you looking for SP, rather stay away from them, it's just not worth the stress. Utterly disappointed.
