Terrible Service!

I have been struggling with extremely bad latency and network speeds because of a routing issue on my fibre for a month now, i have sent traceroutes to the provider via email as requested that proves there is an issue, and no one is getting back to me. When I call in the technician is constantly too busy to help me and they will "get back to me" which they never do, i sent follow-up emails for answers and do not get a single response., not even a "we are busy working on it" I have canceled my contract and thought about canceling the cancelation if they can resolve the issue, but clearly they do not care at all, you are just another number in their eyes. I am so extremely disappointed with their service and now I must pay a months full payment for extremely degraded services. I have been with them and MTN and can honestly say that im shocked that service is so bad. Even on the whatsapp line, you must speak to a robot and when you eventually et through to a support technician, they eventually ignore you, the chat closes and you need to start everything from scratch again, then again, the chat closes for no reason, then you need to start over AGAIN! I do not think I will ever move back to supersonic after this experience, and to be honest, because im being ignored by them, i feel like ignoring my month's payment to them. What a disappointment!
