Terrible service

Terrible service, Telephone line non existent poor customer care incorrect billing... The list just dont stop I have a 100meg line which i get only 38 mb/sec at any given time they are still sorting that out since december... My biggest gripe is the double billing for this month May 2020 and the fact that their phone line is not working please sort it out so i can cancel my service
