Every time the power goes down the internet connection is dropped and doesn't come back up till hours later wasting customers time and money while they try get assistance from the help desk, who are friendly enough but can't resolve any of the issues. The cost is more than MTN direct charges and you get nothing in return. Stay away from these ******. Lip service is all they have to offer. They can't provide reliable internet even at massively inflated rates.
