Terrible, Disrespectful and Disgusting Service.

I app**** for fibre with Supersonic, but their turnaround time is extremely long and they never come back to you as promised, I eventually cancelled the order. It's been three weeks since I've received confirmation from them that the line has been released, but Vumatel says they have not received any communication from supersonic to release the line, I've called, emailed, called over and over, blasted them on social media and I'm still not winning, the line is still hogged by Supersonic, meaning the new ISP can not onboard me to their network. This is disrespectful and a lack of care towards customers. Please release my line on Vumatel, it does not have to be an everyday back and forth.
