Terrible customer service from Super sonic

Super Sonic Internet service providers are the worst when it comes to customer service, I have been waiting for my refund for over 30 days now and they keep telling me stories that it's with finance. It seems like they want me to let go of my refund.

They even have the nerve to keep me on hold for 20 minutes then cut the call. I told their consultants that I will eventually walk into their office in Roodepoort and smash whatever is near until I get my money back. 30 days for a refund is unheard of
