Terrible customer service
Terrible service I called twice. Latest 14:46 on 31 january. I also sent a mail 26 january. I requested to cancel service the moment i did the lady from accounts said shes transferring me to cancellations and dropped the call. Then the cancellation mail sent on 26 january Still no response. Reason for this *** review is because supersonic will come at end of feb and say they received no comms. Such a bull**** company when it comes to comms and customer service Pathetic.
