Terrible customer service, even Telkom is better than Supersonic.

Ridiculously bad customer service, and completely untrained "agents" whenever I talk to them on the Whatsapp line. Have no clue what I am talking about when I mention the Smart Wifi package. How do you not know your own products!!??

Can never get through on Whatsapp now and can't get through on phone line as well. Will definitely be lodging a complaint against them with the ISPA.
