Terrible Customer Service

Good day, since my last complaint no one is still coming back to me, Chantelle Brett mention she is waiting for finance to get back to me, this is going on more than months now, i make payment every month, and guess what i received statements with someone else account number on my account??PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME, if i ask them to assist, they tell me there was a system error but still NOT FIXED.... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SEND ME MY STATEMENT THE ONE I PAY EVERYMONTH with my OWN account number one?

ALSO struggling that someone must phone me, to connect my wifi to my new house, and no one has been in contact with me, i am working from home and need this sorted out by the 30th June, Can someone URGENTLY ATTEND TO my QUERY and assist me URGENTLY !!!! i cant KEEP Phoning all the time. i have phone in 2 weeks ago, and last week, still no one phoned me
