Terrible Customer Experience and Service

My internet has been off the whole day. I have been trying to get it resolved with their agents since this morning and is now almost 5pm nothing is happening. I have been kept on the wait for hours and no one is responding me. I don't have a service that I just received an SMS that my monthly subscription has been debited this morning. I stream TV and looks like my house will be quite tonight . This is irritating service that I am receiving
