Terrible customer care, I am leaving

I took out a fibre line with Web Connection who provided fantastic customer service - until they were bought by Supersonic last year. Their service is absolutely dreadful. I've been without internet for 48hours now, struggling to do urgent work, and having spent an hour on the phone and multiple whatsapps to their customer care team, there's no sign of any kind of resolution.
