Terrible Company, handing me over for a charge AFTER the cancellation of my service

Previously wrote a review of my awful experience cancelling the service. So after getting refunded on the clawback - now they're still trying to get me to pay for May 2021 - my service was cancelled in April 2021 and I have the mail confirmation that April 2021 was my one month notice period. So almost 3 years later, why am I now being handed over to VVM to collect money for a month I received no internet service on??? DISGUSTING. Fix.
