Terrible Call Centre Agent

Called the Group Office to enquire about supersonic's products. The consultant, named Martia, was rude and abrupt. She kept on interrupting me when I was speaking to her. When asked to speak to her supervisor, she said that supervisor is in a meeting. When I asked for a reference number she said that she cannot give me a reference number. I am appalled at the service that I had received from her and will not be using the supersonic service.
