Terrible Billing team!!!!

Account S1052: We have had endless problems when it comes to the billing!! Most recently - Debit order form was filled in and sent to them to capture. 2 MONTHS later we get threats that the account will be suspended because we have not paid. Now - if we have sent you all the details and you have not done anything about it, whose fault is it?!
