Terrible bad service making the poor clients suffer

we have a fiber at home we got via Supersonic and the line is not working, been battling to get assistance and no one came to help, now the line is not working and we are stuck , this is affecting kids school work and research, we need a solution or they should release the line and we shop for another service provider who respects their client and delivers without any issues. we are frustrated at this appalling service .
