Technical support needs support

Call centre is absolutely useless. The agents have no idea what to tell you when things go wrong. Had a network internet outage since yesterday. Came back for all of an hour and down again. They claim technical support hours from 8am to 8pm but if you call after 6 nobody bothers to answer. Their technical support is absolutely nonsense!!!
