SUSPENDED SERVICE

I’m very angry and disappointed at Supersonic. They said my account is overdue and I sent them a POP both on their WhatsApp and via email. No one responded and boom they suspended the service.

I don’t understand why there’s no one responding to their emails and/or calls but it’s easy to just suspend the service. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and don’t think I’ll be with them for long if this is how they treat their customers
