Support - Tech issue not fully resolved
Hi,
Apparently email support has been discontinued. That is not good. I need a call ASAP to resolve a tech issue. See below:
I was on call with multiple support members today, for 1-2 hours to solve a technical issue and it is still not fully resolved.
I was away for 2 weeks and upon return today my wifi name had disappeared. "SupersonicWifi" and "Supersonic_5G" were listed instead. My old wifi passwords did not work.
Support managed to get my standard wifi username and password back up.
But my 5G Wifi username does not appear, so I'm only getting a fraction of the full speeds I'm paying for over wifi.
Can tech support get in touch ASAP to help resolve this.

Please see the below screen short, your 2.4G and 5G are listed under one name that is the reason it drops 5g. Please advise which password are you using for your WiFi?
