Supersonic/Vumatel inability to connect their clients

Ordered fibre on ticket number SSL***7 on 15 September 2023.

Got an email from them 10 October saying that my address is connected to another ISP. Rep**** to them 11 October that I live in a cottage and the main house has its own IFP, totally separate from the cottage.

Received another email today 13 October asking me how can they help. Different ticket number SST215123 now.

Supersonic is part of Vumatel, with whom I tried to get fibre more than a year ago but had to cancel because of their inability to connect me. Same problem now.

My area is only serviced by this company. Why ? When their service is so pathetic. I have no option but to use them when it comes to fibre.
