You guys should hang your heads in shame charging customer for a LTE line that never works. Your call centre agents are just as bad. When they contact you back they let the phone ring twice and hang up or don't even reply when you pick up in time.

You Whattsapp service is a waste of time as nobody even answers back on that. The only ISP service provider that has outdone Telkom in becoming the worse service provider to date. Always the same excuse the tower is down, if this is the case maybe you should be monitoring the towers better and sending technicians to fix the as they are always broken. I can gladly say I will not be missing you or your useless service.
