Supersonic's service is anything but super!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with Supersonic's customer service. I have been left without an internet connection for 19 days, and the lack of support has been infuriating. Every single day, I’ve had to reach out—either by phone (which incurs high costs due to the long wait times) or via Facebook Messenger—just to get an update. Without my persistent follow-ups, I would still have no idea about the status of my issue, as the company has failed to provide any proactive communication or feedback. This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against signing up with Supersonic.
