Supersonic's non existant client service

Had the worst customer service experience ever. My router was ****** in December. Reported and had to wait for week and half for a quotation to replace the sim card. Paid the quote for sim and courier and a week later the sim has not been sent. Was billed for Januarie and paid. for 1 month and 2 weeks no internet and excuses after excuses why I can get my internet online. Worse experience ever. I will never refer Supersonic to anyone.
