Supersonic's bad service

I've never experienced such incompetencey with a service provider like I have with supersonic. My internet has been down for almost three consecutive months now. No technician bothered to come only got a call two weeks back from their technician to set up a date to come check out the problem, but they still didn't come, they promised to come the following weekend but still didn't and they only attending to me now because I've canceled. I'm so disappointed and would never recommend supersonic to anyone. Instead I'm getting billed every month for a service that I can't even have excess to.
