Supersonic....or STUPIDSONIC - No service for maney taken - Theft

AVOID stupidsonic. My line is suppose to be a 20/20 fibre line, I am at best getting 5/20. No support from their so called stupidstars. I have been trying for 8 hours virtually non stop to get in touch to cancel my service to no avail. Yet I get 7 emails and notices a day regarding billing. This is just another money hungry SA cash *** taking money and not supplying a service. Can the most competent person in your EXTREMELY useless company please contact me so that I can cancel my service and move over to a more reliable ISP.
