Supersonic(MTN) remains ***********!!

MTN / SuperSonic is, without a doubt, the worst internet service provider you could ever encounter. I canceled my fiber service at the end of September 2024, and they confirmed on October 21 that the termination would be effective on October 31, 2024. Yet, come November 1, they had the audacity to submit another debit order. Their back-office systems are so *********** they can't even process a simple cancellation correctly.

Trying to reach them is an exercise in frustration and futility. Their WhatsApp support line is non-functional, and no one answers the phone at accounts support. This has been an utterly appalling experience from start to finish.

For the sake of your sanity and well-being, avoid this company at all costs. No one should risk their health dealing with such gross ineptitude. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from MTN / Sup[erSonic.
