Supersonic/MTN - Know them before you sign up
Know your supplier before you sign up. This is my second review on Supersonic/MTN. Yes they are part of MTN. Before you decide if Supersonic is the company for you first understand their culture and service levels. - Sales Department: Quick to answer, as this is where the money gets made. - Call Centre/Accounts Department: You are always number 20 in the queue. Don't think the call back function works. They never call you back. And apparently your call is important to them. Nope it's not. - Staff/culture: Getting hold of the right person is impossible. Maybe they want you to give up and just let it go. Don't. They don't deserve your business. There is no urgency and thinking out of the box is too much to ask. They doing you a favour taking your call. Managers work from home and asking to speak to one is always answered with: "Sorry no manager available."
They lock you in to 24 month "contract", even though they advertise it is only a month to month contract. When you want to leave because of the lack of service they make you pay.
When companies get to big and service is not a priority, but making money is then Supersonic or should I rather say MTN is right in the front of the queue.
So if you looking for Fiber and you don't want service after the sale, then Supersonic/MTN is the company for you. They are good at it.
Thank you for reaching out to Supersonic. Kindly be advised that I will be looking into your query and I will assist.
Kind regards, Nonhlanhla

I am still waiting for someone to contact me. You owe me money and I was promised by Edith Maphanga to have it by Tuesday. Still nothing and any of my emails go unanswered.
