Supersonice pathetic service

You guys make pretty adverts but when it comes to service delivery its non existent You cant help consumers You not able to call us back You not able to follow up on an issue

You like logging tickets to show what was done for the day but where is the follow through

3 days now we have no wifi you cannot find the fault and say it will take 24 to 72 hours to get technician we will continue waiting but you make sure your installment was taken, right? You quick to debt before the actual day!!!!

You guys should close your doors, you dont offer us any value
