Supersonic:Bad you are....

Sept 2020: Debit order of almost R2400 gets deducted from my account,after submitting ny cancelation on 1 Aug 2020. Keep in mind, my subscription is R599 a month.

Apparently I was charged for September, which I shouldnt have been, and invoiced a "clawback" amount for the router, which has been collected by RAM Couriers n September 2020. The September subscription and Clawback amount were supposed to be refunded.

Phoned,even sent emails. Got feedback from Max Weiss ar Supersonic, and last heard from him on the 4th of October. I sent another mail to him on the 5th,and again yesterday, the 19th. Complete radio silence. Forwarded the mails to Clara. Also, radio silence.

Please,if you want a seamless transaction, without any hiccups, or wait, hiccups one can understand, but the way in which Supersonoc deals with it?? Now thats not on.

Simply put, there is a reason I cancelled, and whats happening now is surely a reason to never return.
