Supersonic your service is DISGUSTING

Supersonic is the worst service Provider to deal with. I have had a Debt order for the last 2 years all of sudden they stop my debt order and assume that I am aware of the Eft which I never told them to cancel my debt order. I then phoned in to find out what the problem is why my WIFI is not working and they told me my account is suspended, I then pay for the months it is outstanding, oh Boy did I think it was easy from there to activate my account. I am now 3 weeks without out WIFI I get put on hold for over 30 minutes and this one says contact accounts then this one says contact the technicians I mean really. Supersonic your service is disgusting no one should even consider using you as a service Provider.
