SUPERSONIC WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER, do not make use of them. They are *****'s and ******.

Firstly had the worst installation, taping the wire with red insulation tape to an old rusted pole.

Then after canceling my services in October already, they still deducted money from my account in December, which I wasn't happy about, but in January received an sms stating they are gonna debit an amount of more then 3.5 times the normal fee from my account.

When I did a change from their LTE to Airfibre,they personally collected the old router. Now all of a sudden I am charged for the equipment which I did ask when it will be collected. And I am charged for early cancellation fee, but I had a month to month contract. They make up their rules as it continues and I am really so tired of this company. Can you please rather shut your doors as you are the most PATHETIC bunch of human beings trying to ***** money from innocent people!!!!!
