Supersonic Worst Service ever experienced.
Placed order on 21st Jan, was suppose to get an email for an initial payment. Got the email on 29th Jan after 3 calls to the support line and several WhatsApp sessions where there is just no response. Made the payment on 29th and sent the email as instructed. Today when I follow up on 6th Feb the response on WhatsApp is "Good day, your order still on pending payment, if you already made payment please share the proof of payment" So I shared it on WhatsApp and no reply.
