Supersonic Worst service ever

I am currently, while typing the complaint, holding (on line), apparwntly my call is not important. Its been 25 min already. I need to make changes on my Supersonic account I have message 2 days in a row on there whats app number, after confirming my account details I get a message that I must hold for a representative... 3 days layer, numerous calls and messages and nothing. Worst customer service ever!! Do not use them, there are far better competition out there. Do not waiste yoir time with them. Typing and still holding. At this rate ot will be Christmas before someone pics up
