Supersonic - worst service EVER
We app**** 22 workdays ago to have wi-fi installed at our residence. We were told it would take 7-14 workdays. After daily inquiries since the 14 days lapsed, with assurances someone would call back, no one has, despite daily undertakings they would. Two days ago we were assured the manager would call us after 8 hours. Still nothing - no call-back, and no wifi. Worst service EVER, by far.

Please note: before your reply, I spent yet another hour-plus on the phone to Supersonic - the usual 40 minutes in the queuing line, and then another half an hour explaining to an agent (Judy) exactly what I've been explaining every single day for the past 2 weeks. As per the previous 2 weeks, I was promised someone would call me back, which obviously never happened.

02 Jul 2021, 11:49Working day number 25, and STILL no installation or even a call. Not going to spend another hour and more to be kept on hold, and having to explain everything AGAIN, for about the 10th time, only to get some false promise that someone will call me back, which never happens. Judy PROMISED me yesterday that her team leader and/or Antonie (project manager) would call me back yesterday. The exact same false promise we've been getting for 2 weeks now.

Two working days have now passed since I gave you our details, and still nobody has come out or even bothered to contact us. We're still at exactly the same position we were at on the 28th of May. We get plenty of promises, but zero action. I've lost count of how many times we've been promised what you just promised again.
