Supersonic worst service ever!!
When I app**** for fibre, they were on the phone asap to get my details and sign a contract
After service is EXTREMELY poor. Taking forever to get reply on WhatsApp and cannot resolve account queries. Due to poor service I wanted to cancel my service. I sent an e-mail 3 weeks ago, sent another 3 e-mails and still no reply.
Yet there's no acknowledgement from them that my cancellation is being processed waiting 3 weeks!!
