Supersonic - worst provider ever!

Wish I could give 0 stars! Worst provider ever! It's a pity that we are beholden to this pathetic company owing to their infrastructure being in the complex. An outage means nothing to them - just the useless rhetoric - our turnaround is up to 72 hours. Do not follow up until 72 hours has passed. In this day and age - absolutely pathetic! I'm not expecting this review to make an ounce of difference, given the 1 star reviews on this platform and their lack of response and nonchalance over their 1.6 trust index score!
