Supersonic Worst Pathetic ISP

Not the way to go if you looking for fast fibre and good support. I was promised installation in 7-14 working days and it still has not happened 1 month later. I keep getting excuses, one was that there was another ISP so they couldn't install when I contacted Vuma they proved that was not the case... Note I resolved this with Vuma in a day that they couldn't resolve in a month. They simply do not care and their support team is not integrated everyone tells you something different. Theres no accountability. They are simply the worst. If you have a choice run and choose any other ISP it would be 10 x better. Waste of a month .. waste of my time... If you need frustration u can go there
