Supersonic Worst of the Worst

It is with great dissatisfaction that I write this review. Supersonic/Vuma is arguably the worst of the worst. More than a year ago I app**** for Fiber to be installed at home, it was a bit of a struggle to get installed. However, Supersonic advised that they will provide me with a temporary router free of charge until the Fibre is sorted. The router was installed for a day and never used as the following day they connected the Fibre. After using the Fibre connection for more than a year, I was contacted by Supersonic looking for the temporary router. I informed them that I doubt that the router is still with me, I believe that the technician took it when Fibre was connected. However, they are welcome to come and check as I have old routers 3. This was never done. Without warning they now charge me for a Router which I do not have. How is this the customers fault/problem more than a year later. I honestly feel that it is unfair to bill a customer for a device that was never used or registered as collected/received for more than a year and now I need to pay for it. This is unacceptable. I will be cancelling my contract as well as my business contract with Supersonic. Be aware when signing up with Supersonic there might not be issues at first but later you will fall in a money making scheme.
