Supersonic Worst of the Worst

supersonic is the worst company and the service you receive from the call center is a absolute nightmare, i have spent so much money on calling supersonic to not being assisted and just left frustrated. I have been over charged with a bill of R4888.18 on the 01/03 and yet have been making payments every month, called into the call center , going through the statement with the customer advisor and she herself said that the account is incorrect and will get it sorted, she advised that it has been escalated. Waited a week called in again to be told that a manager will be in contact to sort the account out. it has been months now and no correction made to my bill and no one has called and am still being charged every month! I have two accounts with supersonic and requested for one line to be moved 2 and a half to 3 months ago and requested for it to be moved to the new address waited a month called back and was told that the move was put in the system for September to my shock, the person said that they will sort it out and someone will call me with no feedback after countless calls at the end of may they lodged for the line to be moved on the 22 June they came to install the line which is still not working. i called in yet again 3 times and still no assistance with my incorrect billing and fiber connection. i am at a point where i want to cancel my subscriptions. SORT OUT MY BILL. all your calls are recorded go back and listen to all my calls that were made. i will not be paying form the time i requested my one lined to be moved until it is up and running so minus that off of my account too. you request to speak to a manager to only be told that there is no managers DISGUSTING SERVICE
