Supersonic Worst ISP With Worst Customer Service Ever

Worst ISP I have ever dealt with, with the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any business. I have an open accounts query dating back to Nov 2024 which is still not resolved with many tickets raised. Whilst waiting for feedback on their last email dating 26 Jun 2025 they canceled my service middle of July 2025 and charged me a claw back charge. After numerous emails and calls and me personally taking my old router which they failed to collect to their offices they have now agreed to process a credit note. Now they are expecting me to wait 21 days for credit to be passed whilst I sit without internet. I have numerous times requested management to make contact with me which they have not bothered to do showing their interest in their clients.
