Supersonic worst ISP IN SA

By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with we originally had supersonic fiber installed in our house in lonehill a year or so later we moved to olivedale randburg we wanted to cancel the line as we thought this would be an easier process,we were told not to cancel just log a home exchange and all will be up and running in 14days.it has been now a month and a half after of continues frustration with this firm and its highly obnoxious staff members,,,,I actual got so upset with this firm I decided to go to there offices in the westrand to only find out that there was only two people available to me to assist with my problem the lady name was Candice she was head of training depart I was promised the world to yet have another useless employee not follow up.to think I actually went to there offices.....and I am still being billed for the service.the owners of this firm thanks again for another s#%t service in this South Africa .
