Supersonic WORST ISP

I have cancelled my service on multiple occasions and yet again Supersonic has debited my account! The worst service provider I have ever signed up with. You state that your calls are being recorded so go and listen for yourself. Ref# CAS-469990-B3J1D4 . I have called and emailed on numerous occasions stating that I am canceling my service. Up until now, I have not received any correspondence (2 Months later) and Supersonic is still *****ing my money! I urge anyone that's looking for a quality ISP to not consider Supersonic. They will fail you.
