Supersonic worst internet service provider
Supersonic is the worst internet service provider,my internet hasn’t been working for over 24 hrs now and I keep contacting them and all they tell me is that a technician will contact me. I couldn’t work the whole day yesterday.I have wasted so much airtime just to be told the same thing. So disappointed. Everything with Supersonic is a drag.

04 Jun 2023, 10:37Over 48 hrs now,no technician has contacted or came to my place.no communication cos supersonic don’t care as always. Very disappointing. With Supersonic one cannot get help immediately it always takes days to weeks to resolve any issue. How i regret being with this company
