Supersonic worst Fibre support in the world

Once again I must resort to a formal complants platform.suoersonic this is not on, please rather refund my money. My Fibre is off again after rit was fixed. I was told my router is faulty. They sent me a new router still I'm having issues!!!! What the actual ****??? I don't want stories I want my money back my Fibre has been off for 2 and half weeks, u received a full months money, do u think it's right??? U are ****en *******, no wonder ur company has such a high bad rating
