SUPERSONIC WORST FIBER NETWORK PROVIDER

This is the worst service fiber networks provider that I have ever come across, If I have there was a rating for minus that would be a better reflection of my experience. I stay in an estate where they are contracted as one of the service providers and for over two weeks now I have been going back and forth with them because I have not had connectivity. I work from home 100% so I have had to spend a lot of money buying data on daily basis just to be able to work. I have been calling them almost everyday and everyday they have some excuse or the other. The barely pick up their phone calls when you call and when they answer its still the same ridiculous story.
