Supersonic - WORST EVER ISP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst Service ever - after 7 days still no wifi - no feedback from so called project manager after promised to call back at 16h00 on Thursday 25 May 2023 Whatsapp does not work everytime you whatsapp they create a new call log number so they never resolve the issue. Wrong details on invoice 1. Wrong Address 2.Wrong service provider (Frogfoot) we have been with Vuma for the last 20 months 3.Wrong line speed 150/150 instead off 100/100mbs
Worst company i have ever dealt with - do not want to release my line so that i can move to another ISP
