Supersonic worst company for internet

I am not pleased with this company. They provide internet. Its been almost 4 years and to date they have not resolved the issue with my account. Stating that my account is in arrears and suspended my account. All proof was send and to date they have not offset payments against my account after R21000 "arrears" (which was paid) they can not attend to any thing they are useless.
