CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPARTMENT IS ATROCIOUS. Reveived an email from Joshua Chinnia from Customer Service as follows : We are sorry to hear that you have not received satisfactory service from us. Kindly send us your contact & account details so that we can assist.
I responded and never received any feedback to date . This organization has incompetence at every level.
